Colorado's Banner Health Acquires Loveland Anesthesia Associates
Banner Health, the owner of McKee Medical Center in Loveland, Colo., and operator of North Colorado Medical Center in Greenley, has added Loveland Anesthesia Associates to its holdings, according to a Loveland Reporter-Herald report.
Loveland Anesthesia Associates has been associated with McKee Medical Center since the hospital opened in 1976. The group will now be known as Banner Health Clinic-Loveland Anesthesia. According to the report, five physician anesthesiologists and seven CRNAs will provide comprehensive anesthesia and pain management services to all McKee patients.
The physicians included in the move are Kevin Foley, MD, Joseph Agnello, MD, Frank Balestrieri, MD, Paul Filby, MD, and Alan Lloyd, MD.
