1. BMG is a physician group that employs 17 anesthesiologists and 31 CRNAs who provide a range of inpatient and outpatients services at multiple facilities.
2. Zotec Partners is a billing and practice management services provider to hospital-based anesthesiologists and anesthesiology groups.
3. Under the partnership, Zotec will deliver an RCM solution that offers assistance with payer contracting tactics and access to data and advanced analytical tools.
