1. Before joining AllCare Clinical Associates, Dr. Howell practiced with Central Brevard Anesthesiologists in Rockledge, Fla.
2. He is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
3. He earned his medical degree from Durham, N.C.-based Duke University School of Medicine.
4. Dr. Howell completed his anesthesiology residency at Duke University Medical Center in Durham.
