Here are six recent mergers and acquisitions in the anesthesia industry.

CRH Medical announced two transactions to provide anesthesia services to four ambulatory surgery centers in Florida and North Carolina.

U.S. Anesthesia Partners entered into a partnership with Denver-based Greater Colorado Anesthesia.

U.S. Anesthesia Partners also entered into new partnership with Anesthesia Consultants of Dallas.

Sheridan completed an affiliation agreement with Mountainside, N.J.-based Ambulatory Anesthesia Care.

North American Partners in Anesthesia acquired Somersworth, N.H.-based Atlantic Anesthesia.

MEDNAX acquired Memphis, Tenn.-based Metropolitan Anesthesia Alliance.
