5 tactics for negotiating a winning anesthesia contract

For anesthesia providers, negotiating contracts can be one of the most challenging aspects of practice, however, it is essential that they learn to negotiate effectively.

Here are five anesthesia contract negotiating tips from Anesthesia Business Consultants:

1. Rank your priorities and show the list to the other side.
2. Reveal something at the start of the negotiations — be it general hopes or concerns, or a something about yourself.
3. Make the first offer.
